Kiro is a hero.
The multilingual email butler for Outlook.
Open any email — in Spanish, German, English, anything — and Kiro hands you a one-card briefing: what's needed from you, and a reply already drafted in the recipient's language with your version appended for transparency. Flag the ones you can't do now, and Kiro keeps them in front of you until they're done.
Five seconds per email, not five minutes.
Free up to 5 briefings/day. Sign-in required for paid tiers.
Built for inboxes that get worse over time.
Tell Kiro which languages you read. An email in one of them, it works in that language; anything else, it briefs you in your fallback. You never decode a foreign inbox again.
One click opens an Outlook reply pre-filled — the recipient's language up top, your version appended below an "automatically translated" footer. Imperative actions only, no "I hope this finds you well".
Flag an email and Kiro tracks it — ranks what genuinely needs you today, and sends a daily digest of what's gone cold.

Triage — and never lose a thread
Open any email; the sidebar shows what's needed and a draft reply. Flag the ones you can't do now and Kiro keeps them on a list — with a daily digest.
Flag it. Forget it. Kiro won't.
"Follow Up" in Outlook is where good intentions go to die. Kiro turns your flagged emails into a ranked list — and a morning briefing.
Kiro reads every flagged email and tells you which genuinely need you today, which can wait, and which have quietly gone cold.
Flag on your phone, on the web, anywhere — Kiro keeps the list current in the background, even when the add-in isn't open.
Each morning a short briefing lands in your inbox: what's still waiting, in your language, oldest first. Review it on the web or in Outlook.
One topic. Every email about it.
A project, a client, a problem that won't die — type it the way you'd say it, and Kiro pulls every related email across your mailbox into one place.
Describe it in your own words. Kiro works out what to search for and reads the results — no query syntax, no guessing which word the sender happened to use.
Results come back sorted into the separate threads of discussion, each with a one-line summary of what's still open — the whole situation, not forty subject lines.
See a topic in your morning briefing that needs a push? Search it, and Kiro lays out every related email — each one a click from opening in Outlook.

Pricing
All paid tiers include 30-day cache, bilingual replies, screenshot-aware briefings, and topic search across your mailbox.
Prices shown include ~20% VAT (Bulgaria standard). The exact rate is computed at checkout based on your country; businesses with a valid EU VAT ID can apply reverse-charge.
We never train on, or sell, your email content.
Privacy first.
A briefing is computed and thrown away. Your email's text and screenshots go to our server, which returns the one-card briefing and discards them — never logged, never used to train anything.
Follow-ups — which you switch on yourself — is the one feature that keeps anything. Kiro stores its own one-line summary of each email you flag, plus the date, so it can show you the list and send your digest. It never stores the email's body, subject, or attachments.
